By using travoyer.com and purchasing our travel eSIM plans, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Travoyer is a travel eSIM reseller operating at travoyer.com. We offer prepaid data eSIM plans for travellers in 210+ countries. Travoyer acts as a reseller of eSIM services — your plan is delivered digitally and powered by our network partners.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Travoyer. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to use the payment method submitted.
Travoyer offers data-only eSIM plans for international travel. Plans include a fixed data allowance or an unlimited tier with a daily high-speed cap, followed by reduced speeds for the remainder of the day. High-speed data resets every 24 hours from first use.
It is your responsibility to confirm that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing. Travoyer cannot issue refunds for purchases made on incompatible or locked devices. A list of compatible devices is available on our website.
Each eSIM QR code is single-use and can only be scanned once. Once installed, the eSIM is tied to your device. Reinstallation on a different device is not supported. Keep your QR code safe.
Plans activate when you first connect to a local network in your destination. Data validity begins from the moment of first use, not from the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to install your eSIM before travelling.
Coverage, speed, and network availability vary by country and region. Travoyer does not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific data speeds. Network performance depends on local carrier infrastructure outside our direct control.
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Travoyer does not store your card details.
After a successful payment, you will receive an email with your eSIM QR code and installation instructions. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact support@travoyer.com.
All Travoyer eSIM purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered when all of the following conditions are met:

Contact us at support@travoyer.com within 15 days of your purchase with your order ID, ICCID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
You agree to use Travoyer eSIM plans for personal, lawful purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate plan suspension without refund.
All content on travoyer.com — including text, logos, design, and software — is owned by Travoyer or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission. Using our services does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travoyer's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific plan that is the subject of the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or interruption of service.
Your use of travoyer.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
